The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

TE Certified provided excellent service when the drainage pipe from my house to the septic tank became clogged and caused leaking in my house. They were able to provide a technician the next day to assess the situation. Repair work was scheduled within two days. Each person who helped with the assessment and repair work was friendly, polite, and presented themselves well. I was impressed by the way the repair men looked well-groomed even though they were working in mud for much of their time. They patiently answered all of my questions. Rick Puente led the work with Bruno assisting him. They worked steadily to complete the job and cleaned up nicely upon completion.

Ran sink faucet and flushed toilet numerous times but could not recreate leak. Also ran master bathroom that is above and adjacent to powder room below but could not find any leaks. The homeowner has noticed water stained on the ceiling in the living room below the shower and the vanity that seem to grow or get worse intermittently. Checked the bathroom and could find no obvious signs of leaking. Ran the shower and splashed the walls and the trim and also found no signs of leaking. I went into the attic to look at the vent piping and could see daylight shining through the vent location for the vanity but could not get to the location of the shower vent. It has been advised that the homeowner contact a roofer to inspect the vent penetrations and seal as necessary as well as keep an eye on the leaking locations.
